Where the original concept called for a scattering of modular buildings, our engineers proposed something more ambitious: a single signature building that gathers every part of the guest experience — wellness, golf, dining, family recreation and rest — under one roof, built upward instead of outward to preserve the surrounding woodland.
Every level was planned with intent. Operations and security sit quietly on Level 2 so guest floors stay calm. Hospitality lives on Level 1, close to the entrance and the golf club house. And four Presidential Suites crown Level 7, framed by uninterrupted views across the Kawartha Lakes.
